Pengupop Highscore Algorithm
Players are sorted by how many other players they beat divided by how many other players beat them. Then they are moved towards the top of the list until they are adjacent to a player that has beaten them before. Every player is assumed to have played draw against 10 non-existent players, so that players having played against few others aren't moved to the top of the list.
The highscore list is regenerated every half hour, exactly :00 and :30.
